Planning Approval Granted

After securing planning and listed building consent earlier this year to refurbish and extend a handsome Grade II Listed villa in Little Venice, we are delighted to announce that we have now also secured consent for a new basement beneath the house.

It was a complex and protracted application due to roots from nearby trees, but the outcome we have negotiated is testament to the perseverance of the team, and our client’s patience. We now look forward to starting works in early 2024!
