Katy joined Nash Baker in 2024, having led multiple luxury residential projects at her previous firm since completing her studies at University College London. She has a breadth of experience working with Grade Listed buildings within the RBKC and Westminster vicinity, including the opulent Grade II* Listed Leighton House Museum. A member of the BDP Historic team, Katy played an instrumental role in the reconfiguration of the scheme, contributing to the design of the distinctive teal faience additions. Her work was pivotal to the project’s success, which led to the project winning multiple accolades, including ‘Cultural Project of the Year’ at the 2023 AJ Architecture Awards.
Katy thrives on the complexities and bespoke challenges posed by historic structures, integrating contemporary elements to create a refined architectural hierarchy. She collaborates closely with clients to develop cohesive design narratives and takes great satisfaction in overseeing these ideas come to life during construction.
