Katharine has been working closely with Nash Baker Architects since 2013, and is an experienced AABC Conservation Architect with an MSc in Building Conservation, who excels in renovation work to historic and listed buildings. Her pragmatic approach to working with such properties is bolstered by a clear understanding of not only the legislation, but also the technical aspects of construction. Katharine undertakes full significance appraisals of the property to enable robust proposals to be put forward, and is actively involved in the design process and discussions with the Conservation Teams within planning departments.

She has been instrumental in positive planning and listed building consents across the Royal Borough of Kensington and City of Westminster, with some of the projects including Chiswick House, Queen’s Gate Gardens, & Onslow Square. She has also worked on the restoration of ‘Batiment Historique’ in Haiti, has undertaken Scheduled Monument Consent applications within Canterbury Cathedral, and been involved in the conversion of many listed commercial properties into alternative businesses and homes.
