Karen joined Nash Baker Architects in 2021, bringing experience from a number of different roles. An interest in creating sustainable cities began while studying for a Masters in Human Geography at the University of Aberdeen, from where Karen went on to study a Masters in Environmental Management at the University of Nottingham. She then held various positions as a sustainability consultant in local government, becoming an environmental management system lead auditor and gaining a diploma from the University of Brighton Business School MBA programme.
