Welcoming New Talent: Katy and Stephanie

We are excited to announce two talented new members joining the Nash Baker team, each bringing unique expertise and passion to our firm.

Katy Scotter

Katy joins us in 2024 with a wealth of experience in luxury residential and historic projects, particularly in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Her work on the Grade II* Listed Leighton House Museum, where she contributed to its award-winning reconfiguration, showcases her skill in blending contemporary design with heritage buildings. Katy's keen eye for detail and collaborative approach make her a perfect fit for Nash Baker.

Stephanie Heath-Apostolopoulos

Stephanie, a 2023 graduate of the University of Nottingham, joins us as an Architectural Assistant. Her thesis project, commended for Best Reuse of an Existing Building, highlights her passion for revitalizing historical structures. Raised between Athens and Bath, Stephanie’s unique background fuels her interest in working with existing buildings, and she is eager to expand her experience in the high-end residential sector.

We’re thrilled to have both Katy and Stephanie on board, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to our growing team.
