Planning Approval Granted

We are very excited to have secured planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of our Phillimore Gardens project within the Kensington Conservation Area.

The design includes a rear extension, double-storey basement and full refurbishment to the late 19th century dwelling. The works aim to reverse previously undertaken unsympathetic works and reinstate the property’s character whilst creating a useable space for modern day family living set over 7 storeys. 

We look forward to work beginning on site in October.
