Planning Approval Granted

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission yesterday for our Langford Place project in the Borough of Westminster. The approval granted is for a mansard roof extension to provide four additional flats atop this large 1930s 8-storey block.

The proposed extra floor has been designed and detailed to match the original building in style and in materials. The strong symmetries of the principal elevations have been maintained in the new work and the inclusion of a green roof will enhance biodiversity in the area.
